Posting review

Approval records a recommendation decision only. It creates no delivery intent or engine draft and does not post to ERPNext. The accountant checks the recommendation and performs the posting separately in ERPNext.

ERPNext delivery status and limitations

ERPNext delivery is not enabled

These are historical posting intents, not new delivery work or confirmation of an engine entry. Check each intent’s state and engine reference. Each payload stamps its own version — a retained payload version does not prove engine acceptance.

New approvals never enqueue delivery. Queued and expired legacy intents cannot be claimed. An earlier delivery might already be in flight: verify its engine outcome before posting manually to avoid duplicates.

Recommendation and outbox counts describe their current pages, not firm totals. Period locks are loaded separately for 4 of 4 companies returned by the portfolio.

Legacy delivery history — 0 on this page

Outbox counts describe this page only, not firm-wide totals.

No accessible outbox entries on this page

Follow the next page when available. An empty page does not prove that the firm has no pending accounting work.

A locked period refuses a posting dated inside it, and the refusal names the filing to go and look at rather than saying “period locked”. Reopening one is an explicit act that takes a stated reason — nothing is ever silently unlocked.

No accounting periods returned

No periods were returned for the companies checked. This is not proof that every accounting period is open in ERPNext.

Period locks follow recorded filings

Record a completed filing with its reference in Deadlines, then synchronise period locks for that company. Existing periods also support explicit locking and reopening through capability-checked operations.
