Billing customers

Workbench prepares one Business OS customer per active legal company with an active service or signed fee agreement. Prospects and the firm's own company are excluded. Closed companies retain billing history.

Approve the invoice email here. A missing email does not stop customer preparation; it must be supplied before emailing invoices. Customer sync never sends invitations or invoices.
