Client context for suggestions

Each reading retains the chart, client policy and approved account history used to produce its suggestions. VAT treatment still requires an accountant’s review.

Use a retained chart export

The original must be a UTF-8 CSV with account reference, name, root type and account type columns (ref, name, root_type, account_type). ERPNext column names are also accepted. Optional columns: currency, is_group, disabled, company.

Accounts are read from that retained file and checked against its original hash. Group and disabled accounts are excluded.

Prepare a recommendation from a reading

Prepare the invoice and any asset details for review. Approval records the recommendation; the accountant enters and posts it in ERPNext.

Record the chart and accept a financial reading to prepare a recommendation.

These are dated internal observations. They do not publish a client report, change an engine period lock or perform bank matching.

For engine period status, select one month starting on its first day.
