Reminder history

Stages are recorded once as the effective due date approaches or passes. A deadline extension changes future schedule calculations without erasing earlier history. Escalation hands responsibility to the firm; consult the deadline for its current state. Non-deadline subjects open the company file for context.

Delivery attempts and provider acceptance are recorded separately in Configuration → Email delivery, for staff with configuration access.
